Detroit Zoo

Grandma Bronson and Aleeyah came to visit us last week and we went to the Detroit Zoo. It was a lot of fun but a very hot day. Elia loved seeing all of the animals and spending the day with Grandma and Aleeyah. Elia's favorite animal right now at the zoo is polar bears but she also likes giraffes. Elia was able to feed a giraffe and at first she wasn't so sure but she really liked feeding him.

Toledo Zoo

Elia and I went to the Toledo Zoo with some friends. She had a blast in the new childrens area and loved spending a day with her friends.

4th of July

We had a lot of fun on the 4th of July.  We started out the day by going to the parade.  Elia got lots of candy and loved seeing everything in the parade.  We then headed to the Penny Carnival and Elia had fun playing games and getting her face painted.  After that we headed back to Grandma and Grandpa Bronsons and relaxed for the afternoon.  Then Aunt Susie, Mike, Angie, Brady and some of Grandma and Grandpa's friends came over.  Elia and Brady had fun playing together and then we headed down to the middle school to watch the fireworks.  Elia loved watching the fireworks and had fun with sparklers too.

Elia had a great time with all of her aunts, uncles and cousins while they were visiting. We were able to do lots of fun things while they were here. Here are some pictures from the cottage, a petting farm and Grand Haven.
